Because I'm an actress, (and author, GUTS just reminding you), they've all sorta blended together. But it's helped promote SO much!

Ok. Hard for me to admit, but I just began cheating on twitter with facebook. Twitter is my wife. FB is my mistress.

LOL. DESPISE IT. Listen, if I've tweeted something that is so funny you laugh out loud, I think I've earned something more than LOL.

Yes. I unfollowed someone who was writing me inappropriate DM's. Drunk-tweeting a sober person? Bad call
Why should we vote for you?
Because unlike 99% of celeb memoirs, I actually wrote every single word of GUTS by myself. And I'm tall, but love short people.

By not trying too hard.
What inspires you to tweet?
Rage, humor, sadness, empathy, loneliness, boredom, happiness or simply to clear up the rumor that me & Kirsty Alley are same person.
Ever get called out for tweeting too much?
nope...I usually get a lovely letter saying "Congrats, @kjothesmartass! You tweet just right!"

Don't be shy. Most people are really cool. And if someone says anything mean, re-tweet & tag me. I'll take care of 'em sweetie.
How long can you go without a tweet?
I can quit anytime! It's easy! I'm not addicted, I just haven't felt like stopping. But I could go forever, really. I think.

I hope people understand it's importance, and celebs try to interact w/twitterers. So many have assistants do it.

What is one of the biggest misconceptions of Twitter?
That it's only weirdo's. Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of crazies, but I've met so many smart, funny & witty people too.
Why should people follow you?
I don't edit myself. I'm a smartass but I'm never mean. And sometimes I write funny crap.

I just do. No editing involved. I'm screwed one of these days
How do you use social media to motivate yourself or others to live a healthier life?
All funny aside, I've gotten thousands of tweets from people who read GUTS & want to live a truthful life. I try to support that in all ways.
How has social media helped bring your family closer together and #keepgoodgoing?
1. none of my family is on twitter. I've told them all it costs $400 to join. 2. Ive found so many people read GUTS & connect #keepgoodgoin
Why'd you start tweeting?
To promote my book, GUTS (outinpaperback1/22). But I realized that was revolting (pleasebuyit) and decided to trash Leann Rimes instead
Has Twitter changed your life? If yes, how?
You know, it really has. As an addict in recovery, it's fun to be addicted to something that doesn't give me a hang-over
What do you wish people would do more of on Twitter?
I got nuthin. I got a HUGE "less" list though....
How will the world change in the next year?
People will continue to learn that addiction is a disease, and the shame that surrounds it will lift even more....
What are some big Twitter faux pas?
YES!!! ok, tagging someone in a convo theyre not in for 7,000 tweets. When u want to unfollow, no need to tell the person how lame they are
What will the world be like 10 years from now?
I shudder to think.
