For me, living a healthy life means blathering on about science. So, that part is easy, I just do extra blathering on Twitter.

Former publicist said: "I've heard of a new social media thing called Twitter." I said: "Not ANOTHER one?" but soon knew it was for me!

Most definitely! Twitter has led to a feature film role, interviews with top radio shows and publications, and actual real, new friends.
What do you wish people would do more of on Twitter?
I love a good contest with weird and unusual giveaways; you really can't have too many contests.

Bad language, TrueTwit "verification," arguments with tweeps who have different viewpoints, advertising your work via direct messages
What will the world be like 10 years from now?
Very crowded but with excellent tech gear and a thriving private sector space program. Also, a new kind of calorie-free pizza. Yay!
