Twitter is a microcosm of my professional life. I have a unique opportunity to gauge the interest of different stories, opinions and views.

Tweetie. Posting on the 10 freeway in bumper-to-bumper LA traffic is an art form. You can call me Van Gogh.

Twitter. The ability to disseminate information with surgical precision and lightning fast speed.
What was the funniest trend you've seen?
Balloon Boy. A very memorable few hours of chicanery.
What feature should Twitter add?
BOT killer.
Who do you wish had a Twitter feed but doesn't?
The DMV. The DMV brain trust would dole out important information on a daily basis, except weekends and holidays.
What are some words or phrases you refuse to shorten for brevity?
Dunkin Donuts as DD. Perfection should be shown respect.

A number of sports journalists who will not stand by their articles. If you take the time to write an article, vigorously defend it.
Why should we vote for you?
There is nothing wrong with selecting the underdog. No major newspaper or radio station backing me. I am my own strange bedfellow.

What's the most interesting connection you've made through Twitter?
The incredibly stylistic @zubaz finds my brand of shenanigans interesting enough to follow me. I am humbled and thankful.
Hashtag you created that you wish everyone used?
#fileunder It is my intellectual property and creation. I hope it changes this ADD World for the better.
How do you make your tweets unique?
I use a FILE UNDER system for my stories. It allows my editorial comment prior to reading the story.
What inspires you to tweet?
I have become listless watching the countless talking heads discussing the same topics ad nauseam.
Ever get called out for tweeting too much?
They haven't found the body of the person yet. No body, no crime.
140 characters of advice for a new user?
Simply posting what you consumed for lunch equals Twitter death. Mention the secret menu at In-N-Out Burger and gain interest.
How long can you go without a tweet?
I may be the first person in history to stand up at TA (Tweeters Anonymous) and say, "Hi, my name is Dino and I am a Tweeter."

The @IAVA is a group dedicated to the troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. They never forget about the real heroes who defend our freedom.

What do you wish people would do more of on Twitter?
Post the winning numbers of Powerball or SuperLotto one day in advance of the actual drawing.
How will the world change in the next year?
The ripple effect of the Snuggie will permeate into every corner of the globe. A sense of well-being will rise and end the economic crisis.
What are some big Twitter faux pas?
A deluge of Tweets within a short amount of time. If I look at my Tweetdeck column and it is filled by one person - pure dismay.
What will the world be like 10 years from now?
A world devoid of the abundance of wires behind my TV.
