The ones that I find most amusing are the expletive laden ones.

The No-Fail-Whales-Ever feature. Stability > Feature Creep.

Everytime I find myself thinking that about someone, I find out they do have one.
What are some words or phrases you refuse to shorten for brevity?
I never shorten anything for brevity. Doing so is a big pet peeve of mine.

Have you ever unfollowed someone? Who and why?
I have, plenty of times. Tweeting lots of meaningless quotes is one good way to get unfollowed.

I have put a lot of effort into innovating the way that people think about social media.

What's the most interesting connection you've made through Twitter?
I've made so many that its hard to single one out really, but the best ones are the ones that include a real-world interaction.

How do you make your tweets unique?
I do me. I tweet about social media from a unique, data and science oriented perspective that is sorely lacking in the niche at large.

I want to break down the "soft-focus-unicorns-and-rainbows"

No, well, not by my followers. By my fiance at dinner, which is a different story.

Experiment, innovate, challenge common wisdom and keep evolving.
How long can you go without a tweet?
For a pretty long time mostly, but when I'm getting bad customer service? About 3 seconds.

Mobile apps, augmented reality, small business social media and accountability.
What are some big Twitter faux pas?
Shortening words, following way more people than follow you, and Tweeting lots of "Chicken Soup for the Soul" type quotes.
What will the world be like 10 years from now?
The line between online and offline will be very blurry.
