Every tweet with a purpose! We answer almost 100% of our fan's tweets, and our tweets are always meant to converse, teach, laugh, and share.

No! I know our fans enjoy how active we are, and that we really do care to respond to everyone!

It sounds simple, but get social! All discussion is great; advice, tips, even debates. And remember quality tweets > quantity. Always.
How long can you go without a tweet?
I try to answer every single one of our fans, every tweet. With that in mind, maybe 5 minutes?! It's a labor of love.

Edit themselves! Not everything is tweet worthy! Quality > quantity. Excite people, make them talk, make them learn, make them laugh.
How will the world change in the next year?
We hope the supplement industry moves in the direction we strive to. No proprietary blends, great innovative products, great content.
