The #Journalist Shorty Award Category
The social web has become the go-to destination for breaking news and real-time answers to real-world questions. Do you follow a journalist that keeps you up-to-date on the news you care about, speaks in a relevant and honest voice and maintains your trust?
Nominees must be verified journalists listed on Muck Rack to be eligible for this category. Votes for other twitter accounts will not be counted. Click here to submit for verification.
Muck Rack is a leading community for journalists on social media. The recently launched Muck Rack Pro helps journalists connect with each other and helps public relations people find journalists, all using data from the social web to make connections more relevant.
The winner will be selected based upon the number of nominations they’ve received, the impact and creativity of their tweets, and the level of innovation in their use of social media as judged by the Shorty Awards Real-Time Academy. Only those who have been verified as a journalist by Muck Rack are eligible for this Award.
Congratulations to the winners of the 4th Annual Shorty Awards!
