Twitter's iOS apps are user-friendly, but Tweetdeck helps us manage multiple accounts and search the best. 2nd: SproutSocial for metrics

Twitter. Facebook is great for personal relationships, but we find it harder to really start conversations with fans there.
What was the funniest trend you've seen?
It's hilarious seeing what people come up with when hashtags trend.
What feature should Twitter add?
The ability to edit tweets after being posted--freaking typos.
Who do you wish had a Twitter feed but doesn't?
My grandma. I don't think Twitter can handle her awesomeness.

We chat up our fans on Twitter, and we've been luckily to make connections with people across the world from the UK to Singapore.

We try to not sound like a polished PR machine; we want our personalities and humor to come through our tweets.

Even though we chat with thousands of people in a month, it hasn't become annoying for our followers; it's actually helped us grow.

We have a team of kittens playing with different colored balls of yarn. The one they play with the most tells us what to tweet.

We had a few people make dance videos. That counts as exercise, right? It seemed to make them happy, and we were definitely smiling!
How has social media helped bring your family closer together and #keepgoodgoing?
We feel like twitter has definitely helped us expand our family, and everyday we're getting closer...uncomfortably close O.o

To connect and find interesting people around the world.
Has Twitter changed your life? If yes, how?
Absolutely! When the phone was the only form of communication you were limited to who you met IRL. Twitter changed that for us.
What do you wish people would do more of on Twitter?
Tweet videos of them dancing.
How will the world change in the next year?
We think people will live less on the web. The web, via our phones, will enhance real-life experiences.
What are some big Twitter faux pas?
Someone tweeting about doing something they do every day. I'm looking at you, dad O.O
What will the world be like 10 years from now?
Hopefully Apple will finally deliver us the hoverboard that Back to the Future promised.
