What is one of the biggest misconceptions of Twitter?
Just because you have a Twitter account and thousands of followers doesn’t make you a Social Media Expert! It’s all about content and buying twitter followers doesn’t impress me, thanks Fakers from StatusPeople for creating an app that checks WHO’s REAL and WHO’s FAKE
Have you ever unfollowed someone? Who and why?
I un-followed a friend recently (won’t disclose name). They spoke about all the work they have to do during the day and the meetings they go to and bragging about closing deals…but TOMMY, YOU AIN’T GOT NO JOB MAN (in my Martin voice)…just filling up my timeline with a bogus lifestyle!
Who do you admire most for his or her use of Twitter?
There’s one of my follower’s I admire a lot, Miss Fracena McCoroy (@theREALMcCorory). She’s a 2012 Olympic Gold Medalist and she’s extremely positive and caring. All about her business and giving back to hometown.
Ever get called out for tweeting too much?
No, but I tend to lose a couple of followers here and there when I do tweet too much.
