It's a personal branding tool. The resources I've gathered to further my mission generally were developed on Twitter.

Don't pay attention to them honestly. Most have nothing to do with the folks I engage with.

A spam/affiliate marketer filter.

If they don't have one, there's probably a reason.

Not really, if you like what I have to say and are interested in what we're trying do that's what I care about.

Yes, lots of folks that haven't tweeted in 180 days or more.

For the past two years I have been working to revitalize the Fashion & Apparel industry in Seattle which has led to a fashion incubator.

To many to mention, it's a great connector.

Don't use hashtags often, but I wish my fellow Marines used #SemperFi more.

Achieving my economic development and personal goals. Plus it's interesting to see what folks engage with.

How do you imagine Twitter changing?
Honestly I hope it doesn't to much. I rather enjoy the simplicity, but at some point revenue is needed.
Who do you admire most for his or her use of Twitter?
I respect a lot of folks on Twitter, but admire is a bit to strong for me.

What is one of the biggest misconceptions of Twitter?
It's a bunch of narcissists telling you what they had for breakfast.
Why should people follow you?
I am passionate about what I do. I try to inspire where I can, and I do my best to engage and provide good content.
Can you name some one-of-a-kind Twitter accounts that you follow?
Not off the top of my head, but @BrandBuilder is good for a laugh and great conversation.
How do you decide what to tweet?
Is it relevant to my followers, of personal interest to me, or will it achieve my economic development goals in Seattle.
Why'd you start tweeting?
Kept reading about it in the industry rags and wanted to find out what all this glorified text messaging was about.

I would never have been able to move forward as quickly as I have on my mission without Twitter's influence.
What do you wish people would do more of on Twitter?
The people I follow and my followers are pretty engaging so I'm good.
How will the world change in the next year?
Honestly to busy trying to change my small corner of it right now to think about it.

Tweeting while drinking. Been there, done that, ouch... LOL
What will the world be like 10 years from now?
They will be converging on Seattle as a global #Fashion epicenter to rival New York, London & Milan.
