All the time. It's all just part of what we do here.

Twitpic. Hootsuite.

Both. For different purposes.

Ok, this one has us blank.
What feature should Twitter add?
Tracking and stats would be great. Ability to DM more than one person. Upload images directly. Real time auto refresh.
Who do you wish had a Twitter feed but doesn't?
We're undecided on this one.
What are some words or phrases you refuse to shorten for brevity?
Some conditions may apply. (Cuz we kinda have to always include that!) Try not to shorten anything when possible.

What's the most interesting connection you've made through Twitter?
Hiring our co-ops last summer was pretty cool. Although we have to say that it's pretty cool talking directly to everyone in general.

How do you make your tweets unique?
We don't hide our personalities... ever.
What inspires you to tweet?
Everything that happens around us. Whether it's what we do/sell here, what we're listening to, read, watched. We just like talking.
Ever get called out for tweeting too much?
Yes. By our Director! :)

Don't be shy! Chat to and follow all that interest you. And importantly, have fun!
How long can you go without a tweet?
Depends on the day. 4 hours MAX. (but only cuz we're swamped making good things happen for you!)

Why'd you start tweeting?
We are always interested in trying new things. Plus, what a great way to chat directly to our customers and fans!
Has Twitter changed your life? If yes, how?
Yes! We've brought more awareness about social networking to the company. And we've met more of our fans!
What do you wish people would do more of on Twitter?
Have conversations and share more pics.
How will the world change in the next year?
In any way you want it do. (Or you know, that whole 3D tv thing. And more Roots love... of course.)
What are some big Twitter faux pas?
Not personally responding to tweets. Not shortening links. Posting broken links.
What will the world be like 10 years from now?
