Connecting with others on a variety of topics. Getting inspiration from others. Sharing ideas on art, writing, politics, society.

Not but individuals but I get locked out by Twitter for tweeting too much in too short a time.

I'm open, honest, usually kind, witty, amusing and genuinely like to engage. And I try to post things that engage people's minds and hearts.

It depends on what I see in the public timeline, what's going on in the world and what's happening in my life.

I try to keep up with the latest in science/medicine and share information. I also post inspirational tweets.

It hasn't had much of an effect on my life because most of them connect on Facebook and I don't.

Initially to share my work, but then to engage with the world.
Has Twitter changed your life? If yes, how?
Twitter has changed my life by introducing me to new ideas and new people - many of whom I have been privileged to meet in real life.
What do you wish people would do more of on Twitter?
Engage in serious conversation on topics of mutual interest.
How will the world change in the next year?
There are so many variables it's hard to tell, but I do think people will continue to engage more fully through social media.
What are some big Twitter faux pas?
Personal attacks on people who disagree with you. Washing personal dirty laundry in public. Spamming people. Intentionally lying in tweets.
What will the world be like 10 years from now?
Much less free and much less private. I believe individual freedoms and privacy are being cut away inch by inch, law by law.
