I try to be more concise to avoid shortening, but it doesn't always work.

PND tweets tend to be more my stream of consciousness. I tweet what's on my mind.

I'm passionate about helping families live healthier, greener lives. As a nation, I know we can do so much better!

Dude (my husband) calls me out... all the time... and sometimes my online friends will tell me it's time to go to bed!

My goal is to make healthy eco savvy living approachable, and achievable - especially for busy mothers!

When I started my website, I quickly realized how valuable social media would be in promoting it... then I was hooked.
