there are lots of writers / poets / artist who don't believe it's helpful - they are sooo wrong

Twitter has not just brought the arts to One Stop but also publishers & agents, as well as a community of extraordinarily talented people
Hashtag you created that you wish everyone used?
we use 2 hashtags to promote #oneshotwednesday an open poetry day held on wednesdays and #ospchat for discussions on sundays
How do you make your tweets unique?
They are unique because they are promoting the work of others or helping direct someone new to a site or to other tweeps
What inspires you to tweet?
Other people and the people we feature on our blog site. We want to represent them well and get the most reads possible.

@Doallas this lady is gentle and another who constantly promotes other in the arts. She always has a kind word to say to her tweeps

@lukeromyn - this guy is a writer each day is another hysterical moment . He keeps the feed laughing and not taking life too seriously
What is one of the biggest misconceptions of Twitter?
That it's like Facebook

People follow One Stop because of what it provides, a platform to be discovered whilst supporting their creative needs in a caring manner
How do you decide what to tweet?
We usually tweet about what we are doing and what others are doing in the writing, arts, poetry community & giving direction for poets

to get into a network of writers and poets and meet people just starting out

Yes -Twitter has brought the world of the arts to the doors of One Stop Poetry, it has made promotion easier

looking in the crystal ball - more awareness and action

when people give meaningless (poorly delivered) information

People will be more aware of their global surroundings and work together because of sites like Twitter
