Both twitter and facebook are essential to me. Hands down.
What was the funniest trend you've seen?
I can't recall, but I used it at the tail end of a tree-planting campaign tweet to hopefully snag a few otherwise non-eco tweeps.
Have you ever unfollowed someone? Who and why?
Yes. More than once. After getting a closer look at their photo and realizing they were--how shall I put this--possibly selling s-e-x. ;)
Why should we vote for you?
I want to make a difference for people + planet. All humans deserve clean air, clean water + safe food. I do tweet random, fun stuff too.

#waterwednesday Almost a billion people lack acess to clean water and water shortages around the world are imminent. Water is life.
What's the most interesting connection you've made through Twitter?
@minimonos -- an interactive sustainability game for kids around the world. The founders are in Australia. My son + I joined in beta phase.

Why'd you start tweeting?
I started an online eco biz @myEARTH360 + someone told me I 'should' twee(LOL)! My tweeting has evolved in ways I could never have imagined.
Has Twitter changed your life? If yes, how?
Absolutely! Seeing twitter change the course of history, one tweet at a time, has made me realize I can make a difference. My voice counts.

What will the world be like 10 years from now?
As long as we're able to keep our individual voices on the internet, it will be an amazing, sustainable planet. If not, we're in trouble.
