What are some words or phrases you refuse to shorten for brevity?
I very rarely shorten anything for brevity. I don't subscribe to the idea that 140 characters gives you a license to disregard all grammar.

I have unfollowed a few people for posting blatantly irresponsible news and political commentary.

Nobody works at Twitter harder than I do. I'm always trying to provide more value to my followers than I am myself.

I have developed valuable relationships with reporters at the national and state level that would not have happened without Twitter.

While I was the Executive Editor of the @SayfieReview, I helped create #sayfie which has become a huge success among FL politicos.

Valuable tips from others and breaking news.

Thankfully, no. I think my followers and I have found a happy medium.

Always ask yourself if what you are tweeting is providing more value to your followers than it is to you.

Absolutely. Twitter has helped me establish a significant niche for my career and has opened up valuable relationships.

Listen more, broadcast less. Twitter should be a platform for people to engage, not just strictly promote.
How will the world change in the next year?
There will be a massive increase in the number of Americans who use the internet as their primary source for political information.

Severely editing someone's tweet and then attributing it as a retweet and automated DMs to new followers.
What will the world be like 10 years from now?
10 years from now, the world will be more connected than ever before.
