How do you use Twitter in your professional life?
I often tweet "RORY I NEED A TEA". It really helps my throat. Shouting for Rory puts a real strain on my vocal chords.
What's your favorite Twitter app?
The official one on the iPhone. It helps me keep up with the news.
Twitter or Facebook?
Twitter. Facebook is too complicated. I'm trying to save the world and twitter is the fastest way to tell people that.
What was the funniest trend you've seen?
#Replacewordsinmovietitleswiththewordduck. That was a fun day. #DoctorDuck
What feature should Twitter add?
A featured twitter account would be fun. Something that isn't related to some celebrities.

You. Many words you can't often avoid due to only being able to use 140 characters.

@steven_moffat. The guy is my hero and he makes my adventures come to life on the television screen.
Have you ever unfollowed someone? Who and why?
I only unfollow people for 1 of 2 reasons. 1/2 is that they haven't tweeted in 30 days or more. 2/2 is that they have become rude arrogant.
Why should we vote for you?
I'm the the Doctor. I saved the universe a million times and never got so much as a thank you. You owe me.

I've made a lot of new friends. Namely Katie Hunt. A lovely lady who runs another twitter account who may win a Shorty Award. Good luck

How do you make your tweets unique?
I tweet from the perspective off myself (The Doctor) and try to give people a good laugh at the same time.
What inspires you to tweet?
Myself. I'm the single most amazing being in the universe.
Ever get called out for tweeting too much?
Nope. I often get told of for not tweeting enough.
140 characters of advice for a new user?
Create ground rules for what you tweet and when you tweet it. No point in tweeting if no one is around to read it is there?
How long can you go without a tweet?
About 8 hours. That's usually how long I sleep for anyway.
What question are we not asking here that we should?
Why fezzes are the future? Should Bowties be incorporated into school uniform? Should interviews be started with a #DoctorWho trivia question
How do you imagine Twitter changing?
I hope it doesn't. It's perfect just the way it is.
Who do you admire most for his or her use of Twitter?
@TheDogtor. Without her nagging I probably would have quit twitter and done something else. Like save the universe... Again.

@itsdrwatson. He's such a funny guy and he's a real doctor.
What is one of the biggest misconceptions of Twitter?
People die in twitter all the time. I swear they keep trying to trend 'RIP Paul McCartney'
Why should people follow you?
Because I fill in the gap between #Doctorwho seasons. The Whovians have an addiction and I'm there to fill the void.
Can you name some one-of-a-kind Twitter accounts that you follow?
@TheDogtor. It's an animated YouTube series that features me if I was a dog.
How do you decide what to tweet?
I look at the trends usually. There's always something to say about the trends.
Why'd you start tweeting?
I was locked in the pandorica and got a little bored. So I tweeted about having an itchy nose.
Has Twitter changed your life? If yes, how?
It has. It's given me a new perspective on my life and has helped me become a better writer through short quirky tweets.
What do you wish people would do more of on Twitter?
Most people already do what I expect of them. Tweet and socialise. It annoys me however when certain celebrities just promote though.
How will the world change in the next year?
Well all the Daleks I've defeated will be fashioned into bins. You might see them dotted around Cardiff in the coming future.

When Who Is Paul McCartney started trending.
What will the world be like 10 years from now?
Pretty much the same. You won't have flying cards till 2060.
