I started a blog which started my downward spiral into social media. I needed interaction. Twitter friends are good to have.

In all seriousness, yes. Twitter allows people like me who suffer from severe anxiety to interact, to make friends, to have a voice.

Do not be aggressive if someone doesn't follow you back. Yes, it's the polite thing to do, but dude. Don't hold on to the anger.
