What are six things you could never do without?
At work they are: smart phone (with Twitter), and err.... well, I can do most of my work from there if I have to. After that just content!

It is the way we keep our fans up to date with the latest news, match updates, and player banter.
What's your favorite Twitter app?
Tweet Deck. We try to keep our fans in the loop with what the players and other fans are tweeting, and without Tweet Deck we'd struggle.
Twitter or Facebook?
Twitter has been MUCH more successful for us as a way to both interact and grow our fanbase, especially over the last six months.
Who do you wish had a Twitter feed but doesn't?
Bobby Zamora, who played for us briefly in 2000 and is now internationally famous.
Is there someone you want to follow you who doesn't already? If so, who?
It would be nice if some of our former players who are now internationally famous followed us, but none are on Twitter yet.

Recently someone complained and then unfollowed during pre-match coverage, but we picked up another 20 followers that day.

In the last six months LOTS of our fans who were resistant to Twitter initially have been joining. We're not alone, and it will bring change.
Who do you admire most for his or her use of Twitter?
Manchester City FC have integrated Twitter into their fans' match day experience. It's very inspiring.

In football @beatthelastman is brilliant. In general @ThisisPartridge is fantastic.
What is one of the biggest misconceptions of Twitter?
One fan objected to the club getting involved in Twitter because he said it was a 'gossip website.'

What are some big Twitter faux pas?
Running multiple accounts and forgetting which account you are tweeting from! Not tweeting for 20 min during a match.
