1) My kids 2) Love of my woman 3) Exercise 4) Ice Cream 5) An occasional Vodka Tonic 6) Twitter! - It makes me happy & connected.
How do you use Twitter in your professional life?
I promote my website & articles, brands I work with & other people's Tweets whose information I want to share with my audience.
What's your favorite Twitter app?
I like Tweet Deck. I've gotten used to it and when I've tried to switch it's made me anxious. LOL.

Twitter, because it stops mindless rambling & forces you to make a point in 140 characters or less. Just like this answer :)
What was the funniest trend you've seen?
Seriously it has to be the Shake Weight. How anyone actually took that 'product' seriously is beyond me. Have you seen the video?
What feature should Twitter add?
I think a funniest quote or pic of the day would be awesome. Laughing makes everything better. Perhaps voted on by users.
Who do you wish had a Twitter feed but doesn't?
My grandfather who passed long ago because I'd love to look back on his life & read what was going on, his thoughts, feelings etc.
What are some words or phrases you refuse to shorten for brevity?
Cannot. Will not. Is not. Do not. Some tweets need to be spelled out with no contractions! For effect you know? I cannot believe...etc

Have you ever unfollowed someone? Who and why?
I have. Either they Tweeted 100 times of advertising per day, used foul language or poor manners, or never interacted with me.
Why should we vote for you?
Voting for me would mean more exposure to the ATF brand = more people learning, getting fitter & healthier. More people becoming BETTER.

My interesting connection has been with Bob Harper @mytrainerbob. I'm a huge critic of BL but he's still RT'd me & I've met him! #GreatGuy

#SuccessIsAChoice Because in all reality it is. You either choose to succeed or succumb to failure. It's in your hands.
How do you make your tweets unique?
I'm unique & so are my Tweets. I have a clear voice & peopel expect a certain no-BS style from me. Plus I change it up a lot.
What inspires you to tweet?
My readers & their support. Honestly without them I'm not sure where I'd be. Social media has saved me & given me a sense of purpose.
Ever get called out for tweeting too much?
I have to say nope! I'm averaging about 12 per day I think, which is good but not obnoxious. Sometimes more,sometimes less.

Be youself & authentic. Say what YOU want & feel, not what you think others want, cleanly & maturely. Be diverse & interact/follow others
How long can you go without a tweet?
Depends. Some days I can't stop & others I'm so so, which is like real life right? If I'm busy I tweet less, bored I tweet more! Ebb & Flow.

I don't. I think its beauty is in its simplicity. If it aint' broke don't fix it. Or on this case - don't change it. #ItWorks

Conan Obrien. I like witty humor that's Seinfeld-ish. But I don't follow him, I check in on his tweets.
What is one of the biggest misconceptions of Twitter?
People think profiles on Twitter are fake. For the most part I think most people are real & honest. And it's really not all that hard to use.
Why should people follow you?
Because my experience (s) are invaluable. There's nothing like real world advice. I care,I'm passionate,I'm loyal,authentic & REAL.

@KellyOlexa-she's like an ADHD twitter account & shares EVERYTHING about EVERYTHING. Some of her tweets are comic relief.Never a dull Tweet
How do you decide what to tweet?
My tweets are what I feel,what I'm doing, what I'm eating,what I'm thinking or a response. They're spontaneous. I never pre-schedule tweets.
How do you use social media to motivate yourself or others to live a healthier life?
What's interesting is the more I share/interact the more focused & motivated I become. I try to share what I think interests & helps others.
How has social media helped bring your family closer together and #keepgoodgoing?
My kids know what I do,but I'm not sure they really grasp it. Leading a fitness driven lifestyle has definitely rubbed off & +influenced them

Honestly as a way to drive traffic to my website. I was a mess & had no idea what I was doing. What's a hashtag? I remember asking that lol.

It has! I've met my best friends & supporters via Twitter. And I feel my life has direction & purpose thanks to my Twitter family! #Focus
What do you wish people would do more of on Twitter?
More real talk and less advertising, spamming and shameless promotion. There's a time, place & proper etiquette with Twitter.
How will the world change in the next year?
Unfortunately I think we'll become more dependant on technology, more lazy & not improve much in terms of health & diet.

Auto DM'ing a Thank You for following. So insulting. Copying someones Tweet w/o giving credit. No RT's or interaction. #Selfish
What will the world be like 10 years from now?
Predicting the future is tough,but I'd like to think we'll be slimmer,healthier & we'll re-learn how to actually talk rather than just type.
