You're, your. Whose, who's. Damn, you're fine. You can do it. My sister made me do it.

Let's see, hex divided by pi and a few ordinal numbers.....half a day. But that's like 14 years in squirrel time.

Based on what I find interesting & which friends I see online. And I love 2 put out research on fitness & translate it so it's understandable

To get the word out about our blog funandfit.org. Go check it out. Subscribe. Do your push-ups.
Has Twitter changed your life? If yes, how?
Yes. I'm sitting on my tush way more and met lots of truly interesting twerps whom I never would have found otherwise.
What do you wish people would do more of on Twitter?
Vote for me for the Shorty Award (I thought of saying something full of light & magic, but really I want to win).
How will the world change in the next year?
We'll all get one year older, but our bodies won't know it, thanks to exercise and a good diet!
What are some big Twitter faux pas?
Not thanking people. Assuming there aren't people behind brand accounts.
