Ben J. Pierce

About Ben J. Pierce

In 2014, Ben J. Pierce went viral with the music video for his anti-gender-stereotype song “Little Game” under the YouTube name BENNY. That song’s message and detailed creative direction brought the spotlight to Ben, who had been posting for years on YouTube as KidPOV, with videos of funny makeup tutorials, sometimes with fellow YouTubers (like in the popular “Transforming Tyler Oakley Into Me”), or singing parody songs and humorously explaining life as a teen. The self-described “eyebrow activist” and lover of punny punchlines turns 18 in February and, in preparation, has decided to drop the KidPOV and go by his real name on YouTube and other social media feeds. But he still brings smiles and relatability to so many teens who might not fit neatly into society’s mold.
