About The Help Hotline

@TheHelpHotline is an account created to help others struggling with suicidal thoughts, self harm, eating disorders, depression, etc. This account was created by 16-year-old Kasey Lemley on September 18, 2012. Kasey believes she can change the world. She tweets inspirational photos and quotes daily, hoping to make others feel better. Kasey lives in a small town in West Virginia and would love for her account to grow and be seen by more people. Kasey loves helping people recover, because she herself is in recovery.
