We have accounts on both platforms, but more people connect with us on Twitter, so that's what we prefer.
What was the funniest trend you've seen?
Anything crazy invented by 1D fans on one of the boys' birthdays is giggle-worthy. We are a creative, pun-ny lot.
What feature should Twitter add?
A RT option that would allow you to add a quote or comment is at the top of my Twitter improvements wishlist.

A follow from Harry Styles would be pretty rad.

All six of us have put a lot of time into developing the page and trying to help others, and we would love to be recognized for our work.

What inspires you to tweet?
The fact that maybe our one click of button can make somebody across the world really happy - in the form of meeting their favorite boyband.

Occasionally, but 'fangirl' instincts can get the best of us and we often take our excitement out on the keyboard.

Don't let your entire 'Twitter-life' revolve around followers and keep it classy.
How long can you go without a tweet?
An hour without hearing from us is pretty rare.. Although tweeting about 1D's snoring isn't too exciting so if they're sleeping, even longer.
How do you imagine Twitter changing?
I can imagine it gaining more multimedia options, allowing for GIFs and making video posting easier.
What is one of the biggest misconceptions of Twitter?
That it is a place where lonely Internet dwellers share what they had for lunch. Twitter is quite influential contrary to that belief.
Why should people follow you?
We provide updates on One Direction and do our best to help everyone meet them!
How do you decide what to tweet?
We decide what to tweet based on what the fans want to know. for example, interviews 1D have attended, pictures, videos, music etc.
How do you use social media to motivate yourself or others to live a healthier life?
We've been able to use our account to prevent people from self-harming by sending masses of followers to let them know they are loved.
How has social media helped bring your family closer together and #keepgoodgoing?
What I've gained through social media makes me incredibly happy. Happiness is contagious - and so easily spread through the Internet.
Why'd you start tweeting?
We had the ability to help others meet 1D and we really love them ourselves. It was only a matter of time before we made a Twitter for them.
Has Twitter changed your life? If yes, how?
Through Twitter, I have made friends around the world that I would have never met otherwise.
What are some big Twitter faux pas?
Lying about who you are to gain followers or a lack of originality in tweets. Being different is the key to doing well on Twitter.
What will the world be like 10 years from now?
It will be incredibly common to have connections and friends around the world, who can be communicated with in a touch of a tablet.
