It’s been ten years since Sherry and John Petersik started their home renovation blog, Young House Love. Since then, they’ve overhauled two homes and moved into a third that they’re working on while also restoring two beach houses! It’s hard to know how they find time to keep up the wildly successful blog and curate picture-perfect scenes for 210K+ Instagram followers. But the excitable, punny Virginians (and their two kids) not only keep up with the demands, they also launched a podcast, completing their first year of weekly episodes in 2017. Their DIY mentality is unflappable, sharing tips and tricks with fans at every turn—whether it’s blogging about how to restore furniture inlays, or showing how to whitewash brick walls on The Rachael Ray Show.
